Advice No Directions Always follow the instructions on the bottle. Take 1 serving (1 capsule) of BodyFit Weight Ctrl up to 3 times a day with water, 30 minutes before main meals. If you are sensitive to caffeine, take the third capsule early afternoon instead of before dinner.
If you plan to workout, you can take one out of the three capsules before your training. If you train in the morning, take the first capsule upon waking; if you train in the afternoon, take the third capsule before training. Doing so will maximise your performance, induce fat burning and minimise post-workout fatigue.
Due to the high caffeine content, it’s not advisable to take BodyFit Weight Ctrl after 6pm. We recommend beginning with just 1-2 capsules for the first few days to assess your tolerance. Do not exceed the stated daily dose and stop using if you feel unwell.
BodyFit Weight Ctrl is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are currently taking other medication, please consult your doctor.

easy the swallow tablets but i did'nt feel they did anything for me, i felt less hungry. I only managed to take two tablets a day in stead of the recommended three, as i felt very dizzy from taking three for the first couple of days...

I've been taking the product for a couple of weeks, gradually increasing the dosage from one to two a day. As yet I can't see any impact on satiety, weight or fat loss. However, I had no adverse effects and I did find my cravings were very slightly lessened. I'll keep going to the end of the pack but as yet I'm a little disappointed.

to be honest they left me with horrendous shakes, i couldn't cope with it at all, Tried reducing to one tablet a day but still felt a little shaky. I didn't lose any weight at all, an followed all they advised. gutted to be honest. No I would never recommend the drugs to anyone, in fact I would strongly advise people from taking them. I wasted my money as the rest of the medication is just laying in my cupboard.

I found these really effective, definitely helped with my weight loss! The pills won't work if you shove burgers with mayo and chips down your throught all day though. I used this pills, also drank more water an tried to eat small portions of food. Took me 4 weeks but lost 1 stone. Def recommend:)

Other than a good dose of caffeine, this product contains several amino acids that are purported to stimulate metabolism and "burn" calories. Love the fact to vary and after three pots you should take a break. This method allows me to keep in shape without too much exercise or dieting.

I have been looking for a way to lose weight the easy way without having to spend endless hours in the gym. Not that I have not tried doing that already. But somehow, I can?t just seem to burn enough fats to make any difference. When I started using this product, I was skeptical at first, but I have found that it helps suppress my appetite; something I couldn?t achieve with exercise alone. During my first week of taking the capsules, I lost only 2 pounds. It was not great to start with but for me it was a good start. I am currently at my second bottle and I have lost 12 pounds in my first month alone. I?m not really sure about it giving one increased energy levels because I have not had any sudden burst of energy. The only thing I can say so far is that it works. It has not been an easy road to weight loss for me but I can say I have found a way to lose weight that works for me

I've taken these pills once a couple of years ago and they worked great. I never reordered since I stopped focusing on my weight. Now that I'm back on track I decided to go back to what works and just as before they are working great. I was already working out and eating a steady daily calorie intake of 1350 - 1400 calories. I was losing weight, but it didn't feel steady. Once I started taking these, paired with my cardio and calorie intake I started to steadily lose 1.5lbs/week.

Ive used these pills for a year and have lost 3 stone but ive combined them with excise and my fitness pal which is a food diary. I find you need to eat within 30 minutes of taking the them and drink plenty of water other wise I feel anxiety and a bit spaced. Def recommend though.

A six-pack is created in the kitchen! You have to watch what you eat and how much of it you eat! But these pills definitely help speed up the time it takes for the pack to show! Started out on the T5 Blacks, but found myself susceptible to feeling 'whoozy' as I do not drink caffeine. These work for me much better. Taking two at the same time, straight after waking, a little before breakfast, have given me the best results.

Great product. Highly recommend. I bought this product to help with weight loss and to boost energy levels when training at the gym. So far have stuck to one tablet a day to be cautious (was worried it might give me palpitations and jittery feeling like drinking too much red bull) and I can definitely say I am feeling only positive effects. Energy levels at the gym are better, I have managed to doube my cardio training time over 2 weeks and don't feel fatigued afterwards. Generally feel a little more on the ball all the way through the day! To soon to tell how well it has aided weight loss as I have only done checked over one week but in that week alone I have lost just over 2 kilos (around 4.5 pounds) and that is with a relatively balanced diet...no fads or fasting etc. Will try upping to 2 a day in the near future and hopefully get down to target weight in around 2 months if I can maintain the progress.

These Pills really do work as they make you sweat more during your workout therefore burning fat quicker so you will loose the body fat much faster than normal. I didn't take the pills for a few days and when I was at the gym I was barely sweating at all. I have used products similar to this before but these have had the best effects. They give you enough energy to do what you need but don't make you feel like others in the ways of headaches & the shakes. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to shift few pounds & need boost of energy.. I have lost 3 stone now & these have defiantly helped me!

I have not noticed any difference in taking the tablets as of yet. I have increased to two a day and it has only been a week but I have changed to a healthier low fat diet and also been doing more exercise and no weight difference as of yet! :( I am not over weight anyway for my height but I did want to loose a bit, so I don't know if these are more suited to heavily overweight people. I am going to stick with them until the pack is finished but so far not very happy with them!

Im currently on the Bodyfit T5 (level 2 strength) and they are good, i only really felt a real difference on the 1st day or two though, i bumped up the dosage from 1 to 2 a day and i still wernt getting those same effects, im now on 3 a day and still not getting what i want out of the tabs. I looked at the next one up (T5 black) but all i can see thats different is an extra 40g of caffine per tablet so i cant see how that is going to help in anyway?? So im slightly disappointed after hearing such good reviews :(

I have already had these products before and I think you have to be in a correct frame of mind to benefit. If people think they can eat what they like and this magic little pill is going to melt their fat away I am afraid they will be disappointed. I bought these tablets to suppress my appetite and give me more energy for the gym. They did not work for me. I followed the directions, taking two at separate times in the day and they actually made me feel hungrier and they made me feel anxious and nauseous. They didn't enhance my workout at all.

Great product, gives you the get up and go without the jittery feeling some products can give. Also doesn't have the slump some tablets can give which make you lazy in the fact you reach for high fat and sugary products.

Great product, only using 2 in the morning. They have curbed my sweet tooth and I have much more get up and go. Very reasonably priced too. No problems sleeping, but beware if you are caffeine dependant as missing a day will give you a headache (personal experience!!). If I want to stop taking them I'll have to wean myself off gradually.

So I have had these now for a month and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. I have lost 15lbs with the help of a healthy diet. I really find these pills helpful. I lose weight & without feeling hungry. I needed to lose weight to help bring my blood pressure down. I haven't been bothered with side effects other than feeling warm - I make sure I drink plenty of water. All in all my weight & blood pressure are down - my blood tests are all normal & my jeans now need a tight belt to keep them up!
