Directions Always follow the instructions on the bottle. Take one serving (1 capsules) of Bodyfit T5 Black with a large glass of water when you wake up in the morning (ideally at least 30 minutes before eating your breakfast). Take your second capsule approximately 30 minutes before lunch.
On your training days, if you train in the morning, take your Bodyfit T5 normally. If you train in the afternoon take your second capsule 30 minutes before exercising rather than 30 minutes before lunch. Doing so will maximize your workout.
Taking your T5s before meals will help you to suppress appetite encouraging you to make more sensible food choices. Taken at the tight time Bodyfit T5 improves exercise performance and increases the use of fat reserves as fuel source.
NOTE : NOTE: If you exercise within 5 hours of bed time, then you may want to take your serving 5 hours before bedtime so that it doesn’t interfere with sleep. Bodyfit T5 will still have its positive effects on exercise performance and fat burning as long as it is taken within 3½ hours of beginning your training session.
NOTE : you should only take one capsule for the first few days to assess your tolerance. Then, if you feel you’d like the full effects, take 2 capsules, once a day and top up with an extra capsule before training. Always stop using Bodyfit T5 if you feel unwell. Bodyfit T5 are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are currently taking other medications please consult your doctor.

Works really well. If you are not used to caffeine based pills, then start on the regular T-5's. Or start with one pill first thing in the morning, build up to one in the morning and one in the early afternoon. For best results I have found two taken first thing in the morning and one in the early afternoon to be most effective. A great product!

I have been using T5 for over a year without a diet as I can't stick to diets however my food intake is little as 2 meals a day although breakfast is a must, don't have time for lunch. I have 3 young children 2 boys and a little girl now I'm ready to get back into shape. I was touching size 14 now I'm almost in 10?I do workout on my treadmill and cross trainer now and again but lately I don't get the chance.

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I have lost 8lbs which was my target. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and I have also adjusted my diet to a low carb, high protein diet. It is difficult to tell if it is the product that is working or my new healthy eating/exercise plan. I rarely feel hungry but I do snack 6 times a day, have no trouble sleeping and plenty of energy so all together this combination does seem to be working so would buy this product again. If you have no intentions of changing your eating habits or exercising I am pretty sure this product would not work but I am guessing the same would apply to most other products out there.

I felt it working in a day. When you take the capsule your appetite is gone and no longer want to eat as much. However, in the description it claims it gives you more energy to maximise your workout, but I didn't feel this at all. It is not a magic capsule that will just make you loose weight you must have a healthy diet plan to show it's best results.

I was reluctant to do so because T5 Black is the most effective product of this type that I have tried and would have regretted the decision had the results of T5 Black not been equal however, the results are just as good. For me the T5 fat burners are the most effective on the market and are also good value.

I am unsure about this product. I have been taking the product for a while and still find that my heart is racing, feel sick and have headaches. Although this is not everyday now, so it has finally eased off a bit. I am unsure if this product is working for me as I cannot see hardly any difference. No weight has been lost, I only appeared to be more toned, probably due to Bootcamp and other exercise classes. Plus, I am eating more healthier.

im really disappointed with these tablets.. I did take the dosage as suggested and kept to a low fat and low carb diet ... and lost very little, if any weight. Good product description. Increases metabolism and makes workouts easier and able to push further. However not convinced about appetite suppressant - still feel hungry from early afternoon onwards, despite having taken two tablets as suggested. I would not recommend this product to anyone that does not wish to take them with a balanced diet or exercise. The packaging on these tablets should be more informative about how dangerous it is to take these otherwise. When I started taking them the required dose was one tablet and then it said to up the dose to two in the morning and one in the afternoon. After doing this, I chucked them in the bin due to ending up in hospital with a caffeine overdose. I was then told by a nurse that one of those tablets is equivalent to 10 red bulls. During my time in hospital I experienced very intense shakes and spasms in my hands and legs which meant I couldn't walk or use my hands ~ it was also very difficult to breathe due to how fast the tablets were making my heart rate go. I was very dissapointed to find that after all this, and taking them for a few weeks they hadn't helped me loose any weight whatsoever, in fact now I just feel like I have put more on. I would just like to urge to those who are trying these out for the first time to be careful with this product as it can be dangerous if not taken correctly.

Great product started taking one tablet a day to begin with then after 4 days I took 2 in the morning then 1 in afternoon before my training session lost 2lbs first week then 3lbs the 2nd week don't feel the need to snack between meals now definitely will buy again

I've been using these for 3 weeks and honestly want to kick myself for not trying these years ago. They do make you hyperactive because of the caffeine, but I have so much energy. Gives me so much motivation to not only go the gym but put in a solid work out. In turn, the exercise has lifted my mood and reduced stress as well. In terms of appetite, I've had to remind myself to eat. I normally struggle with diets, I have no problem eating small, healthy meals but I always had to have the odd chocolate biscuit even on a diet and then would want to binge eat. My sweet tooth has completely disappeared. I'm so happy with these although it may be early days. Bottom line- does what it says. Increased energy and reduced appetite. I have had odd headache but mainly down to not drinking enough water.

I am taking the recommended dosage and I am experiencing very severe headaches from this product. However, I have found that taking an Aspirin with the pills reduces the headaches. The T5 pills are helping me lose weight even when I am not training so they are definitely working. You will sweat a lot more using the tablets when you are working out but I must admit they don't give me anymore energy than normal. You will achieve greater loss by combining these pills with exercise. I lost 2.6kg in the first week of using these pills (2 a day) and doing Insanity 60.

I have already started noticing changes and they helped me break through a plateau I had hit. I have previously used the Bodyfit T5 Strength and they were very good at suppressing my appetite and also aiding in my weight loss. As so far, the T5 Black have yet to compare. Loss of weight is already evident, but I do not feel this product can work in with my daily training regime. As I workout in the evenings I cannot take this product and starve my body during the day. So, this product is a weekender pill for me, and I can take 1, 30 minutes before an early morning workout, and it certainly gets you focused, and energetic to push on with some extra training.
