Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.

You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Free Delivery

Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service shipping is available on orders over £50. To get free shipping, you will need to place your order by 2pm, Monday to Friday. For instance, if you order your goods before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday we will deliver them in 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 01/03/2018

We promise to refund the full amount paid (excluding postage) for any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded.  The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.

IMPORTANT: All refunds can only be issued if the returns form is filled in and an invoice is attached and sent back to us with your unwanted item.


Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.


All orders can be returned by post. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions: 

1. Email to receive a returns form which is essential in order to complete a return.
2. Package your items carefully and include your invoice and completed returns form.
3. Label your package using the address label provided on our returns form, or your own label.
4. MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNOPENED (Any items which are returned opened, won’t be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

Delivery Delays

Should there be a delay in the delivery of goods of 10 days after the goods are registered as despatched (i.e. Royal Mail Postal Delays) then the customer should contact Customer Services to inform them of the delay and Customer Services shall despatch another product to you via 'Royal Mail Recorded Signed For'. This wil require someone to be present to sign for the goods at the time of delivery OR take the 'Royal Mail Unable to Deliver Card' to their nearest depot to collect the goods in person.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations. The customer agrees that it is their own responsibility to check with the relevant authorities within their country/territory prior to purchasing. The customer agrees that importing goods into their country/territory is at their own risk. Intrinsic Nutrition Ltd will not be held responsible for goods being withheld by a legal authority upon importation.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
