150g of watermelon chunks
1/2 an apple
5 big frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1/3 tsp. of cinnamon
6g of poppy seeds as topping



  1. Peel the banana and pit the apple.
  2. Place all ingredients in your blender, including cinnamon, and give it a proper mix.
  3. Top the smoothie with some poppy seeds.
