Finally, fresh parsley will add a peppery flavour to your smoothie and an incredible amount of vitamin K and magic ginger will wake you up!

½ mango
3 large strawberries
1 kiwi
1 small carrot
4 g of fresh parsley
1 slice of lemon
1 slice of ginger
5g chia seeds for a topping



    1. Peel the mango, kiwi, carrot, and ginger.
    2. Place all ingredients in your blender and give it a proper mix.
    3. Top the smoothie with some chia seeds.
