If you are about to get a cold, swap your banana for a second Sharon fruit. This will make this smoothie a super sweet cold and flu fighter!

Ingredients

1 sharon fruit
1/2 carrot
1 small banana
50g blueberries
3/4 tsp. poppy seeds
3/4 tsp. chia seeds
A pinch of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Cut the Sharon fruit, carrot and bananas in small pieces.
  2. Cut the butternut squash in cubes and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Put all ingredients into a blender except the cinnamon.
  4. Blend for a couple of minutes.
  5. Poor in a glass and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
