 Tip: Choose the ripest apricots at your local farmer's market.



4 ripe apricots
1 pink lady apple
1 kiwi
1/2 carrot
1 slice of lemon
1 tsp. of honey or agave syrup
6g poppy seeds fo a topping



  1. Peel the carrrot and kiwi, pit the apple and apricots. Slice them in quaters.
  2. Place all your ingredients in a blender and mix properly.
  3. Top the smoothie with some poppy seeds.
