Tip: If you would like to add some extra sweetness, drizzle some agave nectar on the pecans.


Cup walnuts
1/2 cups of soft pitted dates
1/2 cup of protein powder (chocolate flavour)
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of Pecans


  1. Mix walnuts, protein powder and add a pinch of salt in a processor.
  2. Add slowly the dates to the processor. The mix should become like dough.
  3. Line a brownie tray with foil and transfer the dough on it. Make sure that you flatten the dough evenly.
  4. Crush the pecans in bigger pieces and place them on the dough by pressing them onto the dough. After refrigerating the tray, they will stick to the dough.
  5. Refrigerate the dough with the pecan topping for 60 to 90 minutes until you see that the dough is firm.
  6. Cut nine brownies and don't eat them all in one go!
