A part from giving you lots of energy, detoxifying your body and boosting your metabolism, Matcha also helps prevent the decay of your tooth enamel as it alkalises acidity in your mouth - pretty awesome stuff eh? Another very important fact – you need to be careful not to mix your Match with the wrong things! A Matcha Latte might taste great, but many of the health benefits are lost as casein, a milk protein, binds catechin, Matcha’s strongest antioxidant making ineffective.

Ingredients

1 tsp. matcha
1 banana
100g raspberries
150ml Greek yoghurt
5g chia seeds

Directions

  1. Peel your banana and chop it in smaller pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix!
