1 cup of fresh raspberries
3 peeled chopped figs
1 tsp. honey/ agave nectar
1 tsp. flaked almonds
2 tbsp. protein powder

  1. Put the raspberries, figs, flaked almonds, honey a blender. 
  2. Add the protien powder.
  3. Pour Greek yoghurt on top and blend until smooth.
