 Tip: You can choose chia seeds instead of poppy seeds.



1 small carrot
1/2 an orange
150g of peeled pinapple chunks
1 small banana
1/3 of a tsp. of tumeric
6g of poppy seeds for a topping



  1. Peel the carrot, orange and banana, cut all ingredients into chunks.
  2. Place all ingredients in your blender, including pineapple and turmeric, and give it a proper mix.
  3. Top the smoothie with some poppy seeds.
