Saturday morning and time for our smoothie inspiration. This creation is not only appealing to your eyes but will also stuff your little and bigger birdies mouths.

If it's a little fresher this morning and you feel like needing an extra curb to get yourself going than this fibre loaded super drink is exactly what you need. A teeny tiny teaspoon of chia seeds contains already 2-3g of protein and topped with a pear you reach nearly 10g of fibre which is about 40% of dietary fibre you need for a day. But don't remove the skin of the fibres as they contain about 50% of the fibre of the fruit.

Enjoy our super nutritious morning treat to give yourself and your beloved one's the right start in the day.
