1 handful of green leaves: beetroot, kale, spinach
3 strawberries
1/3 of papaya
10 g pecans
1/4 of an orange
1/3 of an avocado


5 parts olive oil
2 parts honey
1 part lemon juice


  1. Cut the strawberries in quarters, slice the papaya, crush the pecans, peel and slice the oranges and cut the avocado.
  2. Mix the dressing in a separate mug or bowl.
  3. Mix the green leaves and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add dressing and enjoy!
