1 handful of organic arugula
1 celery stalk
1/3 of Pink grapefruit
10 Pistachios
1/2 of an Forelle pear
1/3 of an avocado
A dash of Poppy seeds


1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Peel and cut the grapefruit, slice the pear and celery, crush the Pistachios.
  2. Place the arugula on a plate and add all ingredients.
  3. Mix the dressing in a separate mug or bowl.
  4. Season the salad with the dressing, sprinkle with Poppy seeds and enjoy!
