Say hello to our organic superfood smoothie! Matcha and chia seeds are just part of the mix this time, and we have added spinach for some extra iron, raspberries for their  great antioxidant properties, fibre-bursting pear (get ripe ones!) plus some walnuts to add some essential fatty acids.

 A pretty fantastic way to start your day!

Ingredients

1 tsp. of Matcha
20g spinach
30g raspberries
1 peeled banana
1 peeled and cored pear
100g low fat Greek yogurt
10g crashed organic walnut
1 tsp. of organic honey
5g chia seeds for a topping

Directions

  1. Peel your banana and pear, core and chop them.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve topped with Chia seeds.
