Ingredients

1/2 mango
3 large strawberries
1/2 kiwi
1/2 carrot
1 slice of lemon
5g fresh parsley
5g flaxseed for topping

 

Directions

  1. Peel the mango, carrot and kiwi and cut in smaller pieces depending on the power of your blender.
  2. Place all your ingredients in a blender and give it a good mix until smooth.
  3. Top the smoothie with flaxseeds which help your digestion and are full of essential fatty acids speeding up weight loss.
