What every woman wants… .guilt-free sweets! We have prepared a special healthy snack for you consisting of papaya, strawberries, dark chocolate (we use Lindt – truly the master chocolatier!) and walnuts.

Papaya’s and strawberries are rich in vitamin C and are great anti-oxidants. As is dark chocolate which is also packed full of flavonoids. It’s also said that dark chocolate can actually aid the weight loss process depending on the level of cocoa content – the higher the better. Walnuts are a great source for essential fatty acids which improve brain function and boost wellness of skin, nails, and hair.

50g papaya
50g strawberries
3 nuts
1 piece (about 28g) of 70-85% dark chocolate


  1. Peel and cut the papaya in slices.
  2. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
  3. Break the pieces of chocolate and cop them into smaller chucks.
  4. Mix everything together with the nuts and place them on a plate or take them in Tupperware to work.
