Tip: If you prefer smoothies, you can blend the ingredients after cooking them. Don’t forget to take out the cinnamon stick!

Ingredients

250ml of water
1 large red apple
10g ginger
1 lemon
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp. honey
A pinch of fresh mint

Directions

  1. Start boiling 250ml water with a cinnamon stick.
  2. Add the apple cubes, ginger, and half lemon to it.
  3. Boil for 3min.
  4. Poor the liquid in a mug or take only the cinnamon stick out and blend it.
  5. Add the second half of the lemon to it and sweeten it with honey.
  6. The fresh mint will give our Detox Drink a distinctive flavour.
  7. Enjoy while it is hot!
