An old classic but never boring - we can’t get enough of our grilled chicken breast with some crunchy veggies from the oven. In 20min you can create this delicious dinner!

A medium sized chicken breast contains only 1.4g fat, no carbs at all and is loaded with 26g of protein. With the added veggies, we make sure that you get your vitamin and mineral shot. Asparagus (a natural diuretic) will help to cleanse your kidneys and crushed walnuts are full of healthy oils. Please, don't peel the skin from the nuts! We know it's a little bitter but they are full of lots of fab phenols like flavanoids and also have antioxidant properties - a game changer for healthy and radiant looking skin!

1 chicken breast
1 peeled carrot
100g of asparagus
100g of butternut squash
2-3 walnuts
Fresh parsley
Dried dill
1 tsp. olive oil


  1. Cut the vegetables in cubes or slices - whatever you prefer.
  2. Prepare a baking tray and place the chicken and vegetables on it. Sprinkle with some oliver oil, season with salt and add the dried dill and fresh parsley for some extra flavour. 
  3. Pre-heat the oven and bake for about 20-30min at 165 degrees celcius.
  4. While you are waiting for the chicken to be ready you can prepare the table, light some candles and take a quicker shower. Nothing is better than a relaxed dinner!
