Ingredients

1 medium mango
1 medium carrot
2-3 slices of peeled lemon
1 tsp of honey or agave syrup
A dash of cinnamon
6g of poppy seeds for a topping

 

Directions

  1. Peel the carrot, mango and lemon. Cut all ingredients into chunks.
  2. Place all your ingredients in a blender and give it a good mix until smooth including honey and cinnamon.
  3. Top the smoothie with some poppy seeds.
