Kale is one of the world’s healthiest and nutritious foods. It’s full of powerful antioxidants and high in vitamin K and Iron. It’s also a great anti-inflammatory food and high in fiber. Adding strawberries, slices of Galia melon, pomegranate seeds and medjool dates to curly-leaf kale we turn our smoothie into an absolutely magical drink of the gods.

Ingredients

A handful of curly-leaf kale
1 small organic carrot
1/4 a pomegranate
1/4 Galia melon
6 large strawberries
1/3 a lemon
2 large medjool dates

 

Directions

  1. Peel the carrot, peel and pit the quarter of Galia melon, pit the medjool dates.
  2. Place all ingredients in your blender, squeeze lemon on the top, and give it a proper mix.
