We love our delicious protein as much as anyone - who wouldn't! However, we know that sometimes we all want to mix it up a little.

With this in mind, we decided to come up with a few new recipes that will enable you to get your protein fix in an exciting and delicious way - one of which is the delicious Blueberry*Fit.

The recipe has our unflavoured UltraTone Diet Protein at its core, which is ideal for adding to recipes. It’s also low in fat and carbs and boasts a host of fantastic vitamins and nutrients. Greek yogurt doubles the protein fix while blueberries deliver a healthy dose of fibre, potassium and vitamin C.

Tip: Choose protein over carbohydrates for a slow and sustained release of energy.

Ingredients

200ml Greek yoghurt
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. honey/agave nectar
2 tbsp. protein powder

Directions

  1. Put the blueberries, raisins and protein powder in a blender.
  2. Pour Greek yoghurt on top.
  3. Add a small amount of honey and blend until smooth and serve.
