70g buckwheat
75g blueberries/other berries
20g dried blackcurrants
5g chia seeds
7g pumpkin seeds
5g linseeds
150ml rice/coconut milk
1 tsp. honey/agave nectar


  1. Cook the buckwheat grains in water with a pinch of salt.
  2. Once cooked, add some milk to it.
  3. Top your morning bowl with seeds, berries and some honey or agave nectar.
