Ingredients

4 slices of watermelon
A variety of berries 150g
1 peeled small carrot
A spoonful of alfalfa sprouts

Directions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and put into a bowl.
  2. Grate the carrots.
  3. Add berries and alfalfa sprouts.
  4. Mix all ingredients together.
  5. Dress the salad with lemon juice, honey or agave nectar.
