The grape is an absolutely magic berry, which contains enormous amounts of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals such as Potassium, Copper, Calcium and Manganese. Grapes help to boost your immune system, provide relief from fatigue and indigestion, balance your blood cholesterol and maintain your eye health.  Also, grapes can improve your brain function and surprisingly have a low GI. Adding kale, turmeric, a kiwi and an orange we can turn our drink into a super anti-inflammatory and energy boosting smoothie.
