 Ingredients


2 ripe Golden kiwi

1 ripe nectarine

1 dried fig

15 g Organic Parsley

1/3 of a lemon juice

100 ml still water

7g Linseeds

¼ teaspoon of turmeric

Directions

1. Peel the kiwis and pit the nectarine

2.  Place all ingredients in your blender and give it a proper mix.

3.  Top the smoothie with some cinnamon.
