Ingredients

4 rice-paper spring roll wrappers

1 ripe mango

6 strawberries

100 ml coconut yogurt

1 teaspoon of poppy seeds

¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Directions

1. Peel and chunk the mango, slice the strawberries, sprinkle with poppy seeds and cinnamon and mix it together.

2. Pour warm water into a bowl and place 1 rice wrapper into the water for 10-15 seconds.

3. Put your wrapper on a flat surface, place the filling in the middle, add a few spoons of coconut yogurt, fold in the ends and roll up to form a neat roll shape. Your breakfast is ready!
