Pre-Christmas cranberry smoothie

The main ingredient is cranberries which provide you with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Also, we have added a tangerine, an orange, cinnamon and turmeric for an unforgettable winter taste.

Ingredients

100 g cranberries

A handful of curly-leaf kale

1 small carrot

½ an orange

1/3 a lemon

1 tangerine

2 dried figs

1 Medjool date

¼ a teaspoon of turmeric 

¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Directions

1. Peel the orange, carrot and tangerine and cut them in to chunks.

2. Place all ingredients in your blender, add 100 ml of still water, squeeze 1/3 a lemon and give it a proper mix.
