100 g cranberries
A handful of curly-leaf kale
1 small carrot
½ an orange
1/3 a lemon
2 dried figs
1 Medjool date
¼ a teaspoon of turmeric
¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon
1. Peel the orange, carrot and tangerine and cut them in to chunks.
2. Place all ingredients in your blender, add 100 ml of still water, squeeze 1/3 a lemon and give it a proper mix.
