Ingredients

2 organic medium carrots

1/2 of ripe papaya

1/2 of ripe mango

50 g strawberries

50 g blueberries

15 g linseeds and roasted pumpkin seeds

A dash of turmeric

 

 Dressing

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice 

 

Directions

1. Peel and grate the carrots, add linseeds, turmeric and dressing and mix together.

2. Peel and cut the mango and papaya.

3. Add the carrots to all other ingredients and mix all together.

4. Sprinkle with roasted pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
