10g Ginger root

10g fresh parsley leaves

1 small organic cucumber

1 large green apple

2 pitted Medjool dates

1/2 of a lemon juice

1 teaspoon of raw honey

1/3 teaspoon of turmeric

 

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in your blender and give it a proper mix.

2. Top the smoothie with some cinnamon.
