25g of peral barley
30g mixed green leaves - spinach, rocket, kale, chard
1/2 avocado
1/4 orange
40g watermelon chunks
30g blueberries
3g fresh parsley
4g flaxseed

A spoonful of olive oil, ginger juice and honey



  1. Peel and cut the avocado and orange into cubes and put into a bowl.
  2. Add the green leaves, parsley and blueberries to it.
  3. Vocer with cooled pearl barley and mix all ingredients together.
  4. Dress the salad with a mix of olive oil, ginger and honey.
