Ingredients

30g of organic rye flakes
3 tbsp of coconut flour
3 tbsp of almond milk
2 Medjool dates
1 Dried fig
5 cashews
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
½ teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon organic cacao powder
1/3 a teaspoon cinnamon

 

Directions

  1. Soak 30g of rye flakes in 3 tbsp. of Almond milk for approximately 3 hours.
  2. Cut the dates and the dried fig into small chunks and crush the cashews..
  3. Mix the coconut flour, rye flakes and organic cacao powder and stir well.
  4. Mix the dry mixture and the wet ingredients, add all seeds, cinnamon and stir all together.
  5. Form small balls with your hands or using a spoon, and place them on a baking tray, sprayed with some oil to prevent the balls sticking.
  6. Bake the balls in the oven for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
