If you have time for creativity - why not try a delicious Avocado chocolate mousse. Peel and pit an avocado, add a tablespoon of raw cacao powder, 2 pitted Medjool date, 80 ml of Almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon and poppy Seeds and put all ingredients into a blender.
